1. How old will my puppy be when they go home?

Our puppies go home at 8 weeks of age. This gives them time to be weaned, socialized, and start basic training before joining their forever families.

2. What is the deposit amount, and is it refundable?

We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your puppy. The deposit is applied toward the total balance. If you change your mind, the deposit can be transferred to a future litter but is not refunded.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe/PayPal (credit/debit cards) directly through our website, and also offer Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App as additional payment options.

4. What comes with my puppy?

Each puppy comes with:

• Up-to-date vaccinations & deworming records

• A written health guarantee

• A starter bag of food

• A blanket or toy with litter scent

• Lifetime breeder support

5. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer local pickup in Cedar Hill, TX, as well as Ground Delivery through a trusted courier (quote required) and Flight Nanny service nationwide. See our Delivery & Pickup page for details.

6. Are your dogs AKC registered?

Yes, we are proudly associated with the AKC (American Kennel Club), and many of our puppies come with AKC registration.

7. What if I can’t keep my puppy?

We ask that all puppies be returned to us if you can no longer care for them. This ensures they always have a safe and loving home.
